1. Notification for APTET- January, 2012 to be held on 08-01-2012 (Sunday) is released on 29-10-2011.
2. All eligible candidates can submit their application only online from 01-11-2011 to 26-11-2011.
3. Fee: Rs.300/- for only Paper-I OR only Paper-II OR Both (Paper-I & Paper-II).
4. Payment of Fee can be made at APOnline / e-Seva Centers from 31-10-2011 to 25-11-2011.

CENTRAL TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST (CTET)-JAN 2012

The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India has 
entrusted the responsibility of conducting the Central Teacher Eligibility
Test (CTET) to the Central 
Board of Secondary Education, Delhi which
will be held on 29.01.2012 (Sunday).

1 The CTET shall apply to schools of the Central Government (KVS, NVS, Tibetan
Schools, etc.) and schools under the administrative control of UT of Chandigarh
and Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
2 CTET may also apply to the unaided private schools, who may exercise the option
of considering the CTET.
3 Schools owned and managed by the State government/local bodies and aided
schools shall consider the TET conducted by the State Government.  However, a
State Government can also consider the CTET if it decides not to conduct the
State TET.

పదోన్నతుల్లో వికలాంగులకు 3 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్‌

వికలాంగ ఉద్యోగులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులకు పదోన్నతుల్లో 3 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు వర్తింపచేస్తున్నట్లు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించింది. ఈ మేరకు మహిళా శిశు సంక్షేమ, వికలాంగుల శాఖ ప్రత్యేక ముఖ్య కార్యదర్శి ఎం ఛాయారతన్‌ జీవో నెంబర్‌ 42 విడుదల చేశారు. ఇప్పటికే కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులకు 3 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలవుతున్నాయని తెలిపారు. ఈ రిజర్వేషన్లను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వంలోని అన్ని శాఖలు, సచివాలయం, వివిధ శాఖల ప్రధాన కార్యాలయాలూ వర్తింపచేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. ప్రతి వంద పాయింట్లలో రోస్టర్‌ చట్రంలో నెంబర్‌ 6, 31, 56 పాయింట్ల వద్ద వికలాంగులకు పదోన్నతులు కల్పించాలని ఉత్తర్వుల్లో పేర్కొన్నారు.

National Talent Search Examination(NTSE)-2011


The NCERT conducts the National Talent Search Examination for students studying in Class VIII only.
1. Scholarships: On the basis of the examination conducted, 1000 scholarships will be awarded for each group of students appearing for Class VIII examinations. The amount of scholarship will be Rs.500/- per month as per NTS rules.

  • The applicant should have secured more than 500 marks in SSC Public Examination Conducted in March / April every year by A.P.Govt
  • Scholarship is applicable only to students studied in Schools of Govt., / Zilla Parishad / Municipal corporation / Municipality / Govt. Aided and TTD Schools.
  • The applicant should be below poverty line as per State Govt., orders issued from time to time
  • Scholarships will be extended to 1,000 students, every year and an amount of Rs:300/- per month will be awarded by TTD in two equal installments.

PROCEDURE TO CHANGE THE NAME OF A PERSON (MAJOR or MINOR)


Procedure for change of Name: Major applicant
1. As per Government Order  GO (P) No. 483, GA (General C),
8
th December, 1977, applicant (Native of Andhra Pradesh)
must file application in 
Annexure 1 to District Magistrate (District Collector)
enclosing following 
documents ( As per circular No. D5/7096/2003
of District Collector 
Hyderabad dated 30-08-2008) : 
a. Two latest passport size colour photograph 
b. Two independent citizenship  certificate issued by Gazetted Officer  
c. Personal sworn and signed affidavit of the applicant on Non – Judicial 
stamp paper of Rs.10/- attested by notary stating exact reason for 
change of his/her name. 
d. Educational certificate from class I to Class Xth attested by Gazetted 
Officer. In case of illiterate person any other proof of his name, age 
such as ration card, voter list, electricity bill, water bill  etc copy 
attested by Gazetted Officer 
e. Certificate from local Police station certifying that the applicant has 
not come to any adverse records during last 5 years. 
f. A certificate from the astrologer/numerologist in case request for 
change for name is on such reasons. 
2. District Magistrate after such enquiry as he think fit, will issue order in a 
Forma as per Annexure II to the applicant. 
3. Applicant then will send another application to Commissioner, Government 
Printing Press along with order of District Magistrate  for publication as 
private advertisement in Andhra Pradesh Gazette on payment of publication 
charges. Publication charges of Rs.50 for weekly Gazette and Rs 375 for 
ExtraOrdinary Gazette Per application can be paid to Commissioner, 
Government Printing Press in shape of Bank Challan or  Demand Draft.  
4. Minor applicant: If applicant is minor, as per Government Order, GO (P) 
No. 332 General Administration (Genl. C) Dept dated  06.06.1983, Parent or 
Guardian of a minor  child can apply for change of name of child in 
Annexure III and by following the procedure indicated for major applicant. 
5. Applicant is a Government servant:  As per Government Order GO (P) 
No. 182, General Administration (General C) Dept dated 24-04-1985, the 
Governmnet servant need not obtain order from District Magistrate in 
annexure II but should execute a Deed as per Annexure IV on Non –Judicial 
stamp paper of Rs. 5/-  attested by two witnesses preferably those known to 
the Head of the office in which Government employee is serving. The Deed 
should be published in prominent local newspaper as well as in Andhra 
Pradesh Gazette at his own cost. Process for publication in  AP Gazette is 
same as that for other applicants.

The State Project Director, RVM(SSA) vide his Proc.RC.No.213/RVM(SSA)/B9/10,
dt.05.07.2011 has issued detailed Guidelines regarding Recruitment, No.of
Vacancies District wise and Job chart of CRPs.

Total Number of CRP vacancies in the State : 4998
IMPORTANT : Out of 4998 Posts, First 764 posts will be filled with erstwhile
Non-formal Education Instructors/Supervisors and for the remaining posts
Guidelines will be issued later.

AP SCHOOL TEACHERS: E.L. – Surrender of Earned Leave - Encashment during the financial year 2011-2012 onwards – Instructions – Issued

E.L. – Surrender of Earned Leave - Encashment during the financial year 2011-2012 onwards – Instructions – Issued

The calendar for surrender of Earned Leave is dispensed with w.e.f. 
1-4-2009 and employees are  permitted to surrender earned leave at any time 
not exceeding 15/30 days within a block period of one/two financial years 
w.e.f. 1-4-2009.  All other conditions prevailing before 1-4-1989 and other 
amendments issued on the subject till now will hold good. 
 b) Government permit the employees who have a balance of 
more than 285 days of E.L. as on 30thJune, 2009 to surrender E.L. without 
waiting for completion of 12 months.
   The above instructions shall also continue from the financial year 
2011-2012 onwards for encashment of 15 days of E.L. by Government 
employees provided if there is 12 months gap for one surrender to another 
surrender in one financial year, and 30 days if there is gap of 24 months for 
two financial years.  The gap of 12/24 months shall be worked out from the 1st
day of leave surrendered last time to the 1st day of leave proposed for surrender now. 
  In respect of the employees who are having 286  days and above of 
E.L. to their credit as on 30thJune of every year, they are permitted to 
surrender without following the gap of 12 months.  
 The above orders will be applicable for every year i.e., no orders need 
be issued every year for encashment of earned leave, until further orders 
changing the above policy are issued by the Government.

Hyderabad, Government hereby relaxed the age limit upto 45 years as on 01.07.2010 in respect of Erstwhile Non Formal Education instructors/Supervisors who have D.Ed., / B.Ed., qualification to engage them as Cluster Resource Persons(CRPs) to School Complexes to assist the Head Masters / Head Mistress in monitoring the activities of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) in the State.

HIGH COURT STAY VACATED ON GO Ms No:55 & 61

 టీచర్ల క్రమబద్దీకరణపై హైకోర్టు గతంలో ఇచ్చిన స్టేను బుధవారం తొలగిస్తూ ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది. న్యాయస్థానం గతంలో 55,61 జీవోలపై స్టే ఇచ్చిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. కోర్టు ఉత్తర్వులతో చివరి రోజు కౌన్సిలింగ్‌కు హాజరు అయిన 75వేల మంది ఉపాధ్యాయులకు సాయంత్రంలోగా బదిలీ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ కానున్నాయి.

Dearness Allowance to the State Government Employees from 1st January2011


G.O.Ms.No.104                                           Dated: 30.05.2011
Government hereby order the revision of rate of Dearness Allowance sanctioned

in the G.O. 104 to the State Government employees in the Andhra Pradesh
Revised Pay Scales, 2010 from 24.824% of the basic pay to 29.96%(diff 5.136%) of basic pay from 1st January, 2011.
The Dearness Allowance sanctioned  above shall be paid in cash
with the salary of May, 2011 payable in June, 2011. The arrears on account of payment of
Dearness Allowance for the period from 1st January, 2011 to 30th April, 2011 shall be
credited to the General Provident Fund Account of the respective employees.
 In the case of employees who are due to retire before 1st October, 2011
the arrears of Dearness Allowance shall be drawn and paid in cash as the employee due to
retire on superannuation is compulsorily exempted from making any subscription to the
General Provident Fund during the last four months of service  .-    Download

Two Notional Increments to Untrained teachers belongs to SC,ST,BC Categories(GO Ms NO:69 Dt;27-05-2011

Sanction of two notional increments for the untrained service to the
untrained teachers belonging to SC, ST and BC categories and Special Vidya Volunteers on the
date of entry into regular time scale – Permission – Accorded - Orders – Issued.
Accordingly, after careful consideration, Government hereby accord permission to the
Commissioner & Director of School Education, Hyderabad, to sanction two (2) notional
increments for the period of untrained service to the untrained teachers belonging to SC, ST
and BC categories and Special Vidya Volunteers, on the date of entry into regular time scale.
The fixation of pay shall be done notionally on assigning the regular time scale. Consequent on
notional fixation, the monetary benefit shall be given from 01.02.2011.

second part of the Block period, upto a maximum distance of 3,500 Kms to
and fro, and subject to restricting the claim to Rs.12,500/-.. These orders shall come into force with effect from the date of issue of  this G.O.
