E.L. – Surrender of Earned Leave - Encashment during the financial year 2011-2012 onwards – Instructions – Issued
The calendar for surrender of Earned Leave is dispensed with w.e.f.
1-4-2009 and employees are permitted to surrender earned leave at any time
not exceeding 15/30 days within a block period of one/two financial years
w.e.f. 1-4-2009. All other conditions prevailing before 1-4-1989 and other
amendments issued on the subject till now will hold good.
b) Government permit the employees who have a balance of
more than 285 days of E.L. as on 30thJune, 2009 to surrender E.L. without
waiting for completion of 12 months.
The above instructions shall also continue from the financial year
2011-2012 onwards for encashment of 15 days of E.L. by Government
employees provided if there is 12 months gap for one surrender to another
surrender in one financial year, and 30 days if there is gap of 24 months for
two financial years. The gap of 12/24 months shall be worked out from the 1st
day of leave surrendered last time to the 1st day of leave proposed for surrender now.
In respect of the employees who are having 286 days and above of
E.L. to their credit as on 30thJune of every year, they are permitted to
surrender without following the gap of 12 months.
The above orders will be applicable for every year i.e., no orders need
be issued every year for encashment of earned leave, until further orders
changing the above policy are issued by the Government.

Age relaxation given to Non-formal instructors/supervisors to engage as CRPs

After careful consideration of the representations of the Public Representatives and Associations and the report of the State Project Director, Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA), A.P. Hyderabad, Government hereby relaxed the age limit upto 45 years as on 01.07.2010 in respect of Erstwhile Non Formal Education instructors/Supervisors who have D.Ed., / B.Ed., qualification to engage them as Cluster Resource Persons(CRPs) to School Complexes to assist the Head Masters / Head Mistress in monitoring the activities of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) in the State.

Project Offices of Rajiv Vidya Mission from (i) Gazetted officers working in
School Education, Adult Education, Women and Child Welfare, Labour Welfare,
Revenue, Panchayat Raj & Cooperation Departments (ii) Persons working with
reputed NGOs in the field of Education, Rehabilitation of Children with Special
Needs, Child Rights with minimum of (5) years of experience and prescribed
qualifications and (iii) Retired Gazetted officers below 62 years of age as on
01.07.2011.

HIGH COURT STAY VACATED ON GO Ms No:55 & 61
టీచర్ల క్రమబద్దీకరణపై హైకోర్టు గతంలో ఇచ్చిన స్టేను బుధవారం తొలగిస్తూ ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది. న్యాయస్థానం గతంలో 55,61 జీవోలపై స్టే ఇచ్చిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. కోర్టు ఉత్తర్వులతో చివరి రోజు కౌన్సిలింగ్కు హాజరు అయిన 75వేల మంది ఉపాధ్యాయులకు సాయంత్రంలోగా బదిలీ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ కానున్నాయి.

Dearness Allowance to the State Government Employees from 1st January2011
G.O.Ms.No.104 Dated: 30.05.2011
Government hereby order the revision of rate of Dearness Allowance sanctioned
in the G.O. 104 to the State Government employees in the Andhra Pradesh
Revised Pay Scales, 2010 from 24.824% of the basic pay to 29.96%(diff 5.136%) of basic pay from 1st January, 2011.
The Dearness Allowance sanctioned above shall be paid in cash
with the salary of May, 2011 payable in June, 2011. The arrears on account of payment of
Dearness Allowance for the period from 1st January, 2011 to 30th April, 2011 shall be
credited to the General Provident Fund Account of the respective employees.
In the case of employees who are due to retire before 1st October, 2011
the arrears of Dearness Allowance shall be drawn and paid in cash as the employee due to
retire on superannuation is compulsorily exempted from making any subscription to the
General Provident Fund during the last four months of service .- Download
