Finance Department clarification regarding 50 yrs age relaxation for SPP-II scale
Finance Department vide its Memo.No.034408/248/PC-II/201,dt.04.02.2012 has given clarification about exemption of passing Departmental Tests for Teachers, who crossed 50 years of age for awarding SPP-II Scale.

CENTRAL TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST (CTET)-JAN 2012
The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India has
entrusted the responsibility of conducting the Central Teacher Eligibility
Test (CTET) to the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi which
will be held on 29.01.2012 (Sunday).
1 The CTET shall apply to schools of the Central Government (KVS, NVS, Tibetan
Schools, etc.) and schools under the administrative control of UT of Chandigarh
and Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
2 CTET may also apply to the unaided private schools, who may exercise the option
of considering the CTET.
3 Schools owned and managed by the State government/local bodies and aided
schools shall consider the TET conducted by the State Government. However, a
State Government can also consider the CTET if it decides not to conduct the
State TET.
Cost of CTET Information Bulletin and Application Form
(i) For General/OBC candidates Rs.500/-
(ii) For SC/ST/Differently abled candidates Rs.250/-

Date for making on-line application: 01.11.2011 to 25.11.2011
Last date for receipt of application form in CBSE: 30.11.2011 (online and offline both)
Note: 7 days grace time i.e. up to 07.12.2011 for receipt of Application Form will be allowed
to the candidates belonging to remote areas viz. Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur,
Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Subdivision of Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Island and
Lakshadweep.

పదోన్నతుల్లో వికలాంగులకు 3 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్
వికలాంగ ఉద్యోగులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులకు పదోన్నతుల్లో 3 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు వర్తింపచేస్తున్నట్లు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించింది. ఈ మేరకు మహిళా శిశు సంక్షేమ, వికలాంగుల శాఖ ప్రత్యేక ముఖ్య కార్యదర్శి ఎం ఛాయారతన్ జీవో నెంబర్ 42 విడుదల చేశారు. ఇప్పటికే కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులకు 3 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలవుతున్నాయని తెలిపారు. ఈ రిజర్వేషన్లను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వంలోని అన్ని శాఖలు, సచివాలయం, వివిధ శాఖల ప్రధాన కార్యాలయాలూ వర్తింపచేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. ప్రతి వంద పాయింట్లలో రోస్టర్ చట్రంలో నెంబర్ 6, 31, 56 పాయింట్ల వద్ద వికలాంగులకు పదోన్నతులు కల్పించాలని ఉత్తర్వుల్లో పేర్కొన్నారు.

వికలాంగులకు పదోన్నతుల్లో 3 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు వర్తింపచేయడం పట్ల యుటిఎఫ్ రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్ష, ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శులు ఎన్ నారాయణ, ఐ వెంకటేశ్వరరావు గురువారం ఓ ప్రకటనలో హర్షం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. వికలాంగ ఉద్యోగులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులకు న్యాయం జరుగుతుందన్నారు.
